The idea of producing Greetings Cards came from Rotarian Richard Lemberger who met a grand old lady who was alone at Christmas and wanted to see it banned. He had the idea of producing cards so that those who were elderly and perhaps alone had a token of love and friendship that they could send to thank their carers and others who had supported them throughout the year. Each card has the single word GREETINGS inside making it suitable for Christmas or any other occasion. By producing cards in volume and obtaining sponsorship to cover the full costs, all proceeds are given to charity with the cards serving several distinct purposes:
