Every evening of the festival, the Castle opened at 5.30 pm for those attending the concert to picnic and enjoy a wine-tasting provided by our Sponsors Sainsbury's. The Kenilworth Festival Orchestra, conducted by Tony Ayres, presented an evening of populat music with soloists Lesley Edwards -Soprano, Rosemary Rowley - Mezzo, Mark Ellse - Tenor and John Kiefert - Baritone. The concert was introduced by Stephen Duckham.
